Our 1:1 executive coaching sessions
Step 1 – The discovery session
We kick off with a complimentary, ‘let’s-get-to-know-each-other’ 15-minute sample session. That’s enough time to see if we ‘click’.
Step 2 – The deep dive
We examine into your values, choices, aspirations, goals, purpose and legacy to identify the key areas in your life to work on. We come up with a framework to get you started.
Step 3 – The ongoing work
This is when we take you out of your comfort zone and get you closer to achieving your goals. We look at your behaviour, decision-making process, and your daily choices.
Step 4 – Wrap-up
We evaluate your progress and connect the dots to link it all back to your purpose and your vision. We go through your challenges and successes, and commit to applying the newly learned techniques.
