About Me

Hi, I am Izabela Hamilton, Founder of initiativehub.

I have 15 years of experience in the communications and marketing field within travel and luxury hospitality, strategic market research, advertising, education and financial services.

I have a Masters degree in English, a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and Chartered Institute of Marketing.

I have lived in the United Kingdom, Poland and the United Arab Emirates.

I am a professional Co-Active Coach® specialising in life, career and communication coaching. 

I coach high-performing individuals, managers, senior executives, as well as entrepreneurs, non-profit organisations and college graduates.

Through a series of one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops, I assist clients in maximising their performance, reaching their goals and fulfilling their vision.

I am a big fan of Mindfulness, utilising traditional Japanese technique Reiki and MBSR (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction tools) to help increase productivity, boost energy and creativity levels, as well as reduce stress, mental and physical fatigue.

I am a qualified Co-Active Coach® with certification from the Co-active Training Institute – the oldest and largest in-person coach training organisation in the world.
